Rates
Individuals: 50-minute sessions
Couples: 60-minute sessions
Groups: 90-minute sessions
Extended sessions may be available for individual/couples sessions if needed. Please call or email for fee information.
Insurance & Reduced Fee
Although I am not an in network provider for insurance carriers, I am able to provide a billing statement for you at the end of each month which can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis for qualifying individuals.
Payment
Clients may pay for services using cash or check (payable to Dr. Mary Spease). Payment is expected at the time that services are provided.
Cancellation Policy
Occasionally, you may have to miss a scheduled appointment. Therefore, if you need to cancel, pleast notify me at least 24 hours in advance, so that I might fill the hour. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session as a professional time commitment has been set aside and held exclusively for you.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted if there is availability to do so.
